Ilaeira is an Erinya, a Fury born and raised in the Netherworld, bred to feel only disdain, anger, and fury.For seven years, she has served as a psychopomp, escorting human souls to the Gates of the Afterlife under the vengeful eye of her ruthless mother, the Commander of the Netherworld Army, knowing one mistake could cost her life.Which is why, when the soul of a man named Nestor somehow escapes her, she has no choice but to accept his deadly bargain: to help him return to the Aboveworld to say a last goodbye to his girlfriend before he allows her to take him to the Afterlife.But the Aboveworld is nothing like the wasteland the God of the Netherworld, Erebos, claimed it was. About the author

Jocasta King is a romantasy author, born and raised in Greece.
Thanks to the beautiful and rich culture she has experienced all her life, she has never been out of inspiration for new stories.
While her day job in Fintech has her looking over numbers and managing teams, and motherhood has her juggling a lively eleven-year-old, she spends her spare time writing and illustrating her own books, inspired by life in Greece, as well as the mythology that permeates the land.
EREBOS, Jocasta's debut novel and book one in the Primordial Mythologies Series, will be published next year.
